Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
We’re aware that some aspects of our online forms don’t currently meet accessibility standards. The key issues include:
- low contrast on form controls
- missing programmatic field purposes
- inconsistent field labels and link destinations.
We’re actively working with our digital team to address these issues. As part of our long-term plan, we intend to move to a new forms’ provider within the next 12 months to significantly improve accessibility and the overall user experience.
We regularly review our websites accessibility and are working closely with our digital team to continuously improve its usability for everyone.
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
- PDFs and other documents published before 23 September 2018 are not required to be fixed unless they are essential to providing services (e.g older versions of annual reports).
- New PDFs or Word documents will meet accessibility standards.
- Live stream videos are exempt from regulations, so captions are not provided.
- This website links to third-party, external websites or services that may not be fully accessible.
